mobile and financial products.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Proactively contact inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities.\n\n Convert leads into successful loan sales.\n\n Identify new business opportunities and cultivate your own leads.\n\n Engage with customers via telephone and WhatsApp.\n\n Provide accurate product information and appropriate advice to customers.\n\n Assess customer needs and affordability using available internal cash-flow and transaction information.\n\n Recommend appropriate loan amounts and repayment solutions.\n\n Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.\n\n Build and maintain strong customer relationships.\n\n Ensure all sales are conducted responsibly and in accordance with company policies and processes.\n\n Maintain accurate customer documentation and records.\n\n Prepare regular sales and communication reports for management.\n\n Contribute towards overall team and revenue targets.\n\nKey Performance Indicators\n\nPerformance will be measured against key targets, including:\n\n Number of outbound calls/emails made.\n\n Lead conversion rate.\n\n Revenue generated from internal sales.\n\n Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n Minimum 2 years' proven experience in a sales or telesales environment.\n\n Matric or relevant qualification/experience.\n\n Proven track record of achieving sales targets.\n\n Strong telephone sales and customer engagement
