prototype, and iterate on conversational and task-oriented AI agent experiences (chat, voice, and UI-embedded).\n\nOwn and maintain our Figma-based design system and component library\n\nCollaborate closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity in development-including tight loops with our ML team to translate model capabilities into usable agent behaviours.\n\nWork directly with market researchers, sales, and healthcare professionals to gather insights and test ideas\n\nConduct light research and usability testing where needed\n\nDesign for scale while retaining clarity and
