mobile and financial products.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned region\n\n Overseeing and driving the performance of the field agents’ team.\n\n Identify and engage with potential clients to promote fintech solutions\n\n Collaborate with marketing and management to execute market penetration campaigns.\n\n Provide market feedback to product development teams as well as marketing teams\n\n Prepare and present sales performance reports, weekly to management.\n\n Overseeing the daily operations of sales in the assigned territory\n\n Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.\n\n Liaise with local Wholesalers to access potential clients through market activations\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n 5 to 7 years’ Experience in Sales or Business Development, within the FINTECH, INSURANCE, or FMCG industry, calling in the township/ informal market.\n\n National Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.\n\n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills\n\n Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.\n\n Willingness to travel within the assigned region.\n\n Valid driver's license as well as Microsoft proficiency.\n\n Team leadership experience.\n\n Own Vehicle and own
