We over-communicate around everything...especially while we navigate our new hybrid world.\nSummary\nThe AR Accounting position plays a key role in the company generating sales orders and sales invoices, posting\ncash receipts, supporting the collections process, assisting with month-end close and account reconciliations,\nmaintaining records, and supporting day-to-day operations of the accounting department.\nYou’ll spend your days on the following\nCompile and review billing information\nCreate and review sales orders\nMonitor project invoicing cycle\nCreate invoices\nPost cash receipts\nClient collections\nAR account and deposit reconciliations\nRespond to customer and internal inquiries. Research billing and customer payment discrepancies\nGenerate accounting statements and reports\nAssist in month-end and annual close\nGeneral ledger review and reconciliations\nOther duties/projects as assigned\nFoster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.\nEmbrace Augeo's CORE values - Collaborative, Objective, Responsive and Earnest in all areas\nWhat you need to be successful in this role\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams\nExperience with accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus\nDependable and ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times\nMaintain professional relationships with all levels of management\nAbility to communicate effectively both written and oral\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\nAssociates Degree in Accounting (or relevant field of study) or equivalent in private sector accounting or\nBookkeeping experience\n2-4 years related work experience\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
