We over-communicate around everything in our hybrid world.\nSummary\nWe're seeking experienced Contract Event Account Coordinators to provide event support across a variety of client projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy the flexibility of contract work and have hands-on experience in attendee registration, event communications, customer service, event logistics, and onsite event support.\nThis is a project-based contractor role and does not include guaranteed weekly hours. Work assignments and workload will vary based on client needs and project timelines.\nWhile this role is remote, contractors will have opportunities to travel and provide onsite support at events as project needs require.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage attendee registration and customer service, including responding to attendee inquiries via phone and email. \nBuild, update, and maintain registration content, forms, and attendee-facing communications. \nMaintain attendee databases, including quality assurance reviews, and prepare reports. \nDraft content for registration websites, event communications, and event collateral. \nCoordinate event materials, including printing, packing, shipping, inventory management, and onsite distribution. \nSupport client communication and day-to-day project coordination activities. \nParticipate in client meetings and internal planning calls while documenting action items and follow-up tasks. \nAssist with venue, vendor, destination, and activity research. \nSupport travel and logistics coordination for attendees, speakers, and event teams. \nProvide onsite event support, including registration management, attendee assistance, material distribution, and operational execution. \nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years of experience in corporate event coordination. \nDemonstrated experience supporting attendee registration and reporting processes. \nExperience developing content for event registration websites and attendee communications. \nExperience providing attendee customer service and managing participant inquiries. \nStrong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. \nAbility and willingness to travel onsite for events as assignments require. \nFlexibility to support varying workloads and project schedules throughout the year. \nImportant Information\nThis is a project-based independent contractor opportunity. Work assignments and weekly hours will vary based on client event needs.
