We over-communicate around everything...especially while we navigate our new hybrid world.\nSummary\nWe are seeking a Senior Field & Event Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact field marketing programs, trade shows, conferences, sponsorship activations, and customer engagement initiatives.\nThis role serves as a strategic partner to clients, helping translate business objectives into marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, brand awareness, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing complex event and field marketing portfolios, influencing executive stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams through all phases of program delivery.\nThe Senior Field & Event Marketing Manager is equally comfortable developing strategy, presenting recommendations to senior leaders, and rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless execution. They will work directly with client stakeholders, field marketing and sales teams, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, and venue partners while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of each program.\nThis individual will own strategic planning, program execution, financial management, stakeholder communication, performance reporting, and post-program analysis to ensure every initiative delivers meaningful business impact.\nYou'll spend your days on the following\nLead the strategy, planning, and execution of trade shows, conferences, sponsorship activations, executive engagements, customer events, and field marketing programs that align with client business objectives. \nDevelop comprehensive event and field marketing strategies that support pipeline generation, customer engagement, account growth, and broader business goals. \nManage all phases of program planning and execution, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, logistics, attendee experiences, and onsite operations. \nOwn annual and quarterly planning processes, helping clients prioritize investments, evaluate opportunities, and align event portfolios to organizational objectives. \nLead sponsorship fulfillment, exhibitor programs, hosted meetings, booth activations, and experiential marketing initiatives that maximize engagement and business impact. \nServe as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations, industry insights, and guidance that influence program direction and investment decisions. \nPresent program strategies, performance results, business cases, and executive-level recommendations with confidence and credibility. \nPartner closely with sales, field marketing, creative, content, and production teams to develop integrated marketing programs that support business outcomes. \nBuild and maintain comprehensive project plans while ensuring communication, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables are proactively managed. \nServe as the primary strategic and operational lead for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, communication, and execution. \nTrack and report on program performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, sponsorship outcomes, and overall return on investment. \nAnalyze program results and deliver actionable recommendations that improve future performance and maximize business impact. \nManage program budgets, forecasting, scope changes, financial communication, and event reconciliation activities. \nNegotiate and manage vendor, venue, sponsorship, production, and partner agreements. \nSource, evaluate, and manage vendors, venues, suppliers, exhibitors, contractors, and agency partners. \nLead onsite teams of staff, subcontractors, exhibitors, vendors, and agency partners during live events and activations. \nMentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements, best practices, and operational excellence across the organization. \nTravel approximately 30% of the year, including onsite event execution and leadership in fast-paced event environments. \nParticipate in team meetings, training, and company initiatives while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. \nWhat you need to be successful in this role\n8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, conference marketing, trade show management, experiential marketing, or related disciplines. \nExperience developing and leading multi-event field marketing portfolios that support sales, demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth objectives. \nExperience serving as a strategic advisor to clients or business stakeholders and presenting recommendations to senior or executive-level audiences. \nDemonstrated success managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously. \nStrong understanding of event and field marketing metrics, pipeline influence, lead generation, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision making. \nExperience managing significant program budgets, financial forecasting, sponsorship investments, and vendor negotiations. \nExperience working with exhibitors, sponsors, convention centers, trade show organizers, regional marketing teams, and sales organizations. \nExceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity. \nStrong business acumen and the ability to connect program strategy to measurable business outcomes. \nExecutive presence and strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. \nProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. \nResourceful problem solver with strong decision-making capabilities. \nSelf-motivated, highly accountable, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to
