We currently operate in Illinois, Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, and Georgia - and we're actively building toward a nationwide footprint.

What working at Backpack looks like
Our therapists provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth - fully remote, flexible scheduling, with a real interdisciplinary team behind them. When we expand into your state, here's what you can expect:
- Flexible part-time or full-time caseloads
- Competitive per-billable-hour compensation based on license level
- Free clinical supervision for eligible licenses

What we're looking for
- Active U.S. state license: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independently licensed credential
- Experience with or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a remote telehealth environment
- Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Bilingual - strongly preferred across all markets
