You will own the conception and supervise the development of communication activities, including brand campaigns (online and offline), social media activities, PR & events, focusing on increasing the efficiency of the campaigns and making sure it perfectly reflects the brand positioning. \nYou will focus on creating impactful and creative campaigns, working closely with both local and global resources, and analyse and report the performance of these activities on a regular basis.\nYou will manage different stakeholders at a local level, including a Junior communication manager and a Copywriter, as well as the different agencies.\nYou will coordinate with different local marketing teams to perfectly operate the plan, like the Influencer team or the Online Paid team. \nYou will also be in regular contact with international stakeholders to align on the implementation of the campaigns, share best practices and gather useful consumer insights.\nThis role is a Management position. It requires strong management skills, as well as strong project management and coordination skills, due to the broad nature of the projects. You will work hand in hand with the Brand & Communication Director, being her direct report.\nWhat you will be doing:\nOwner of the development of Demand Generation brand activities, including brand campaigns (online and offline), chef partnership, social media and PR\nManage the conception, planning, production and report of the brand activities, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders (including the Global Brand Team, Agencies, Local marketing teams) and ensuring that we deliver a quality result on time and on budget.
