Customer Care Specialist (Blended)

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in genuinely caring about our customers’ experience and are willing to partner with clients to help their business grow. If you have a passion for craft beer (or Wine) and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
- Create happy customers. We are all about the customer experience and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers.
- Provide outstanding service so customers stay longer. We need someone who's enthusiastic and confident in developing positive rapport with each customer. We bring our life experiences, knowledge and passion for outstanding service to all we do. We personalise every interaction and provide solutions to take care of our customers.
- To build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, and to make recommendations that make sense for our customers with a genuine desire to help.
- Make every effort to meet the Customer Care team’s KPIs and targets.
- Handle customer communication via email and calls.
- Have fun! Be comfortable in interacting and building relationships with our customers. BE YOURSELF!
- Admin and ad-hoc tasks that the client might require
What you’ll bring
- With at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/BPO (Voice and Email).
- E-commerce, Freshdesk and Subscription experiences are a PLUS.
- Flexible with schedule.
- Good email comms, quick to resolve the issue with great CS skills.
- Positive energy and can-do attitude.
- A person with high regard for integrity and diligence. Works efficiently with minimal supervision.
- A passion for craft beer and/or Wine (or a willingness to learn).
