Even if you don't meet every requirement but believe you’d excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nLead a team of Purchasing Coordinators to accurately and efficiently carry out purchasing activities\nPartner closely with local HelloFresh supply chain cluster teams to execute daily operations through ruthless prioritization, clear governance and alignment on strategic initiatives.\nEnsure data accuracy and correct flow of information to relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities.\nDrive team performance and accountability across core metrics, ensuring On Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery, maintaining zero past-due invoices, and securing accurate, timely execution of coordinator responsibilities.\nOwnership of the inbound supply chain operations involving operational supplier management, purchasing, delivery tracking and KPI management for your category area.\nDefine a governance and reporting framework to escalate and manage risks throughout the NA supply chain.\nEstablish and drive consistency across all regions and assign workload in the team accordingly to ensure team objectives are met. Regularly review team capacity to reallocate resources effectively and strengthen the service capabilities.\nGenerate documentation in the form of SOPs to ensure efficient onboarding and BAU operations of your team.\nBuild a continuous improvement culture to harmonize and automate the purchasing process. Compile tooling requests and recommendations.\nSet up measures to report on performance of the Purchasing services, present to key stakeholders and provide actionable insights.\nProvide guidance, support and feedback to ensure that all team members meet their performance goals and deadlines. Motivate your team to go above and beyond.\nServe as the subject matter expert of the team, role modeling problem solving behaviours\nRemain flexible and responsive to changing business needs, supporting on day to day tasks as needed and covering absences when required \nWhat you’ll bring\nAt least a four-year college graduate preferably with a strong background in Supply Chain Operations, Management or any Business-related course.\nAt least three years experience working within procurement, supply chain and/or as a data entry clerk.
