So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve scalable MDM solutions across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, balancing security, compliance, and user experience.\nDefine and maintain MDM standards, policies, configuration profiles, application management, and compliance controls aligned with HelloFresh security and business requirements.\nLeverage PowerShell, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API to automate device management, compliance, reporting, remediation, and enforcement workflows.\nBuild meaningful reporting and analytics to monitor device health, compliance, application status, security posture, and fleet trends.\nProactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement, and drive structured solutions from problem definition through implementation.\nMentor and coach team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to cross-training and continuous improvement across the MDM Tribe.\nWhat you’ll bring\nStrong enterprise MDM experience with deep hands-on and architectural expertise in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro/Jamf Connect across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.\nGood understanding of endpoint architecture and the broader technology ecosystem, including Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, EDR, Zscaler, and privilege management.\nExperience with PowerShell and Bash scripting and the ability to automate endpoint management, remediation, and operational processes using Microsoft Graph API.\nSolid understanding of endpoint security principles, including encryption, compliance, device security, identity-driven access, and security controls.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to audiences ranging from engineers to Directors and Senior Directors.\nA collaborative and egoless mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the technical growth of the wider team.\nWhat we offer\nElevate your lifestyle!
