You'll oversee the end-to-end procurement operations process, optimise inventory and supplier performance, and continuously improve the systems and processes that keep our production running smoothly.\nWorking cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Finance, Culinary, and Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, while driving operational excellence and supporting Factor's continued growth.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead and develop our Procurement Operations team, responsible for purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction.\nOwn the end-to-end procurement operations process, ensuring ingredients and packaging are delivered On Time, In Full, and In Quality (OTIFQ) to support uninterrupted production.\nDrive inventory governance, ensuing product availability and operational efficiency while minimising waste and stock risk.\nChampion our zero-waste strategy through continuous optimisation of purchasing parameters, inventory controls, and forecasting inputs.\nPartner closely with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Culinary, and Production to optimize purchasing strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\nMonitor procurement KPIs, purchasing data, and system accuracy, using insights to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and drive operational improvements.\nIdentify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardise procurement and inventory processes through data, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of procurement performance, inventory health, supplier performance, and key operational KPIs.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across Procurement Operations.\nWhat you’ll bring\nAt least 5-6 years of relevant work experience in a Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement or Production field\nStress resilience and a hands-on approach\nA proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset\nFlexibility for occasional weekend work and travel\nExcellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures\nFluency in English (German knowledge is a plus)\nWhat we offer\nFreedom to initiate, execute and implement your own ideas\nLots of learning and development opportunities\n24 holidays based on 40 hours per week per year, pro rata\nA hybrid work setup -
