Your work directly reduces food waste, improves OTIFIQ performance, and strengthens operational reliability.\nYou will thrive in a fast-moving environment where data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and customer centricity are at the heart of everything we do.\nNote: This is a 6-month fixed-term position, with the potential for extension based on business needs.\nWhat You’ll Do: The Recipe\nManage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.\nCoordinate daily with suppliers, Production, and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations.\nMonitor and improve supplier performance by tracking KPIs such as OTIFIQ, error rates, and adherence to standards.\nSupport weekly operational planning by validating forecasts, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to strengthen supply chain efficiency and prevent recurring issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to secure ingredient availability for upcoming menus and promotional volumes.\nWhat You’ll Bring: Your Ingredients\nExperience in supply planning, procurement, logistics, or a similar operational role.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data tools.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively.\nA structured and proactive working style, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.\nFluency in English, French and Dutch both written and verbal is a must. \nAbove all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better.
