You will be tasked with supporting and developing the Financial modules of our ERP system - Oracle Financials Cloud as well as supporting the team with other systems within Finance. In your role, you will be troubleshooting and optimizing the already existing functionality for all business units across the globe. So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.\nWhat you’ll do\nEnsure a reliable performance of our ERP with a focus on Financials Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and Expenses)\nTroubleshoot, support, and constantly look for ways to enhance our financial systems and processes\nSupport implementation, migration, and integration of the already existing Oracle modules\nEducate and prepare HelloFresh end-users for new functionality and features\nParticipate in quarterly upgrade testing and validation efforts\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external partners\nPrepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system\nEnsure best practices are followed within the ERP system\nOversee Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to complete anyadministration tasks and resolve issues\n\nCreate and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)\nWhat you’ll bring\nA hugely assertive, inquisitive self-starter with a problem-solving, logical mindset to approach demanding challenges who shares our passion for continuous improvement and growth.\nDemonstrated experience in supporting and implementing financial systems\nMinimum 2-3 years of relevant administration experience with either Oracle (Fusion Cloud or EBS) or other cloud-based ERP solutions\nAbility to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups\nHands-on experience with SQL and using Oracle APIs.\nHands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), organizational and planning skills\nAbility to work in a team environment and interact well with employees at all organizational levels\nA Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study.
