Even if you don't meet every requirement but believe you’d excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nYou will coordinate effectively with suppliers and the procurement team on invoice discrepancies and raise alerts on any anomalies.\nYou will process invoices accurately and timely including a three-way match between invoices, PO’s, and delivery dockets, and using various finance tools effectively.\nYou will handle day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable.\nCoordinates with suppliers/vendors on various topics including missing invoices/credits and obtaining supplier information for onboarding and maintaining vendor accounts.\nResponsible for monitoring and handling Supplier statement reconciliation on a regular basis.\nFollow day-to-day instructions on managing the weekly reporting timelines from the Assistant Accountants / Senior accountants.\nCommunicates regularly with the Finance team on any concerns/queries around the day-to-day role and provides feedback on any changes that can improve the existing processes.\nResponsible for handling accounting-related reports, and generating reports detailing accounts payable status.\nSupports timely completion of month-end / year-end financial close\nSupports Finance team with ad hoc duties as required, including invoice validations in Oracle.\nYou will be responsible for implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls.\nWhat you’ll bring\nA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable (AP), or a similar finance-related role.\nHands-on experience processing, validating, and recording supplier invoices accurately and on time.\nKnowledge of 3-way invoice matching (Invoice, Purchase Order, Delivery Receipt).\nExperience reconciling supplier statements, identifying discrepancies, and resolving outstanding items.\nStrong attention to detail when reviewing invoices, financial records, and supporting documents.\nAbility to communicate professionally with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal finance stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of basic accounting controls, documentation requirements, and invoice approval procedures.\nAbility to prioritize multiple invoices, reconciliations, and reporting deadlines.\nAbility to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and escalate anomalies appropriately.\nDemonstrates honesty, accountability, and discretion when handling financial information.\nWhat we offer\n Competitive Compensation: Beyond the standard package, we offer perks like Long Service Benefits (anniversary bonus) to recognize and celebrate your dedication\nWellness & Perks: We prioritize your well-being by offering mental health support, HMO medical coverage, generous leave benefits plus life insurance for both you and your family's peace of mind\nGrowth Opportunities: Invest in your personal development with an annual learning & development budget, plus access to the 360 Learning platform\nDynamic Environment: Join a rapidly growing global Business Process Outsourcing company, where you'll collaborate with a diverse community spanning across multiple continents and cultures\nWork-Life Balance: Enjoy a healthy balance between your professional and personal life, with a supportive environment that prioritizes your well-being and personal time\nAre you up for the challenge?\nThe first step to your new role starts here.
