You will help execute the day-to-day operations of the business, coordinate vehicle capacity, serve as a support person for hourly staff, and champion health and safety initiatives ensuring site compliance .\nLettuce share what this role will be responsible for:\nSupport a team of Delivery Associates to meet quality standards, achieve performance metrics, and execute the delivery processes end-to-end\nAccountability for health & safety compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and investigation\nMeeting and exceeding service KPIs, and responding to customer service requests and escalations\nConduct morning team huddles to convey safety messaging, quality tips, and maintain engagement and open communication with employees\nPerform dispatching functions for drivers while on-road. Direct activities and provide training, coaching, and guidance\nManagement of employee scheduling and time & attendance\nResponsible for ensuring compliance with all safety, GMP and policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies.\nHelp maintain an inclusive workplace culture and relationships with all staff, delivering on development and retention goals\nCommunicate any issues with Hub Manager and Fleet Asset Specialist\nProviding End Of Shift reporting to Hub Supervisor with a breakdown of any on-road incidents and status of any returned boxes.\nEnsuring compliance with all safety, GMP and policies/procedures, as well as adherence to PPE/hygiene policies.\nOther duties as assigned\nSound a-peeling? Can reliably work alternative and flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as required\nBasic proficiency in manipulating data and reporting\nCan lift up to 50lbs and participate in physical job activities such as standing, walking, crouching daily.
