Please ensure you are able to provide this information as part of your application.\nWhat you’ll do: The Recipe\nManaging ingredient and recipe swaps in response to availability changes, market conditions, and customer feedback - keeping our offering fresh and on-point.\nReviewing planned menus to drive variety, innovation, customer appeal, and create pairings for our add-on modularity.\nFoster innovation by testing new ingredients, supporting re-cook sessions, and helping ensure consistent quality across our range.\nAnalyse customer feedback to surface actionable insights, translating what our customers are saying into concrete improvements to our recipes and ingredients.\nApply your sensory skills by evaluating new and improved ingredients, contributing to the quality and taste standards our customers expect.\nManage day-to-day operations for HelloFresh Market - covering everything from ingredient availability and stock tracking to pricing updates, margin calculations, and competitor benchmarking.\nSupport both teams with ad-hoc analyses, tastings, and operational requests as they arise.\nWhat you’ll bring: The Ingredients\nYou are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an HBO/WO programme, ideally with a background in business, food technology, or a related field.\nA genuine enthusiasm for food, combined with comfort analysing data and drawing conclusions from it.\nStrong organisational skills - you juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and / or Google Sheets; you're confident working with spreadsheets and aren't fazed by numbers. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.\nA proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn.\nAn affinity for sensory evaluation is a plus.\nFluency in English; Dutch is a welcome bonus.\nAbove all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better.
