Our ambitious team is growing and we have several junior roles open within the Procurement team, each with its own focus.\nYou don’t need to pick a specific position upfront. During the process, we’ll get to know your strengths and interests and discuss together where you’d fit best. Whichever role you take, you’ll learn how international procurement works from start to finish and help make sure our customers get high-quality products at the right cost, every week.\nPlease note: For junior positions, we are unable to offer visa or work permit sponsorship, either now or in the future. To be considered, you must already have the legal right to work in your preferred location.\nWhat you’ll do: The Recipe\nSupport procurement strategies and plans across our European markets, working closely with experienced colleagues in the team.\nAnalyse supplier offers, cost data and market prices to build cost models and spot savings opportunities.\nMonitor market trends and supply risks, using data and Generative AI tools to support pricing forecasts and decisions.\nIdentify and assess suppliers, prepare negotiations and take ownership of selected suppliers as you gain experience.\nCollaborate with product, culinary, food safety and quality, and operations teams to bring new products to our customers on time.\nContribute to cross-functional procurement projects and keep local and global stakeholders up to date on progress.\nWhat you’ll bring: The Ingredients\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in business, supply chain, engineering, or food science.\nUp to 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or a related field. Exposure to the food industry is a plus.\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.\nClear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and colleagues across teams, countries and functions.\nA proactive, organised mindset. You take initiative and enjoy learning quickly in a fast-moving environment.\nExcellent English. Another European language is a plus, as is a willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.\nAbove all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better.
