Below you are two managers who in turn are responsible for, among others, team leaders and line leaders.\nYou have overall responsibility for staff, budget and work environment, and you report to the Production Manager.\nThe role is strategic, and you lead mainly through your managers. You work on the development of the operation, follow up KPIs and goals, and make sure the organization has the right conditions to achieve its results.\nWhat You'll Do (The Recipe)\nYou will, among other things:\nLead, coach and develop subordinate managers.\n\nHave overall responsibility for staff, budget and work environment.\n\nFollow up KPIs, results and the development of the operation.\n\nDrive improvement work and development at a strategic level.\n\nBe a clear role model and culture carrier for the organization.\n\nWork closely with the Production Manager, HR and other functions.\n\nMake decisions, prioritize and delegate responsibility.\n\nContribute to the recruitment, onboarding and development of employees.\n\nEnsure structure, clarity and a good working climate.\n\nWhat You'll Bring (Your Ingredients)\nWe are looking for someone with several years of experience in leadership within production, industry, logistics or other process-driven operations. You have experience of leading larger groups and, above all, of leading other leaders, and you have solid experience of working analytically and of identifying and driving efficiency improvements in a production environment.\nAs a person, you are confident, clear and trustworthy. You can see the big picture, understand figures and results, and read between the lines to identify what needs to be developed.\nYou are a natural leader whom others look up to and trust. You dare to make decisions, ask the right questions and delegate responsibility.\nWe would like you to have:\nExperience of leading larger, complex organizations, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with a focus on the whole production process (End2End).\n\nExperience of driving efficiency improvement processes in a production environment.\n\nExperience of leading and developing managers.\n\nGood experience of working towards goals and KPIs.\n\nExperience of responsibility for staff, work environment and budget.\n\nA coaching and structured leadership style.\n\nGood knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a must-have for this role.\n\nGood knowledge of English, both spoken and written.\n\nA B driving licence (Swedish category
