This role is responsible for establishing consistent Asset Protection standards, identifying and prioritizing risk, developing site-level capabilities, and partnering with operational leadership to protect our people, products, facilities, and assets.\nThis is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role requiring strong cross-functional partnership, the ability to operate across different facilities and business environments, and the ability to translate risk into practical solutions that improve security, reduce loss, and support operational performance.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nOwn Asset Protection strategy and execution across assigned sites, ensuring consistent standards while adapting to local risks.\nConduct site visits, risk assessments, audits, and operational reviews to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvement plans.\nLead complex investigations into theft, fraud, workplace incidents, policy violations, and other losses, ensuring proper documentation and evidence management.\nLead, coach, and develop Asset Protection teams while providing guidance on investigations, incidents, and performance.\nPartner with Operations, HR, Safety, Legal, and site leadership to identify risks and implement practical solutions.\nDrive shrink and loss reduction through data analysis, trend identification, root-cause analysis, and targeted corrective actions.\nOversee physical security programs, including guards, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other security technologies.\nLead crisis response, emergency preparedness, new site initiatives, and ongoing risk mitigation while maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement and external partners.\nWho You Are:\nStrategic, risk-focused operator who prioritizes resources and translates strategy into practical site-level execution.\nStrong cross-functional partner who influences Operations, HR, Safety, Legal, and leadership through data, relationships, and sound judgment.\nExperienced multi-site leader who balances direct support with developing local ownership.\nPeople leader who coaches teams, drives accountability, and builds a high-performance culture.\nResults-driven and analytical, using data, metrics, and root-cause analysis to deliver measurable improvements.\nAdaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, building practical solutions in fast-changing environments.\n5+ years of progressive experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Corporate Security, Investigations, or related fields, ideally across multiple locations and complex operational environments.\nProven experience leading investigations, audits, risk assessments, security programs, physical security systems, and cross-functional initiatives, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel.\nWhat you will get in return:\n70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes\nCompany pension scheme\nGym membership\nBupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options)\nMental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme\nNursery support scheme\nCycle to work scheme\nGroup Life Assurance\nLocation: Barleban, Germany.
