This role owns the operations technology roadmap for Factor Canada, bridging the gap between operations, data engineering, and global platform teams. You will lead the design, integration, and deployment of systems that power our production, warehousing, procurement, and quality functions across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager, you will operate as the connective tissue between floor-level operations and the technical teams that build and maintain our systems.\nLettuce share what this role will be responsible for:\nPlatform Migrations & Go-Live Management\nLead end-to-end platform migrations (e.g. legacy systems to modern platforms), including dual-maintenance strategies, deprecation timelines, cutover risk assessments, and go-live communications.\nManage phased rollouts across functional areas of production, coordinating with global development teams for requirements reviews and sprint prioritization.\nSystems Architecture & Data Source Design\nOwn the data architecture strategy for operational tools - mapping data flows across SKU master data management, recipe management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and production tracking systems. Evaluate integration approaches and design future-state architectures that don't disrupt downstream tools during transitions.\nCompile and maintain data source requirements documentation, including source-to-target mapping and ingestion cadences.\nOperational Tool Development & Ownership\nOwn the lifecycle of production floor tools - from requirements gathering and process flow mapping through development coordination, training material creation, and deployment.\nCross-Functional Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination\nServe as the primary liaison between local operations and global platform teams - translating operational needs into technical requirements and managing prioritization across competing roadmaps.\nLead data inconsistency investigations - root-causing discrepancies between reporting systems, reviewing automation logic, and coordinating fixes with data engineering.\nMulti-Site Operations & New Site Launches\nEnsure systems parity across production facilities - replicating all systems, tools, and documentation, and validating readiness before go-live.\nRoadmap Management\nDefine and maintain the ops tech roadmap aligned to business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), sequencing projects based on dependencies and critical path. Run regular steering calls to communicate status and manage risk.\nManage and develop direct reports, delegate effectively, and participate in team hiring.\nOther duties assigned\nSound a-peeling?
