Unlike direct operational management models where you manage shift teams on the floor, this role focuses on driving high-level operational performance, managing key metrics, and influencing our 3PL partner to execute best-in-class processes.\nWe are looking for a results-driven, relationship-builder and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
