So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn end-to-end Marketing sourcing: supplier market mapping, RFx execution, negotiation, and contract award for high-value projects\nDevelop category strategies for different marketing categories, in alignment with the business’ goals \nCreate, align and execute a sourcing roadmap with key stakeholders in the HQ and the regional markets to deliver P&L savings and overall procurement value\nDevelop and optimize the supplier portfolio across Hello Fresh’s markets\nCultivate and manage close relationships with (senior) business partners within Marketing to support their objectives and the company growth agenda\nLead the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools\nWhat you’ll bring\nMinimum 5+ years experience in Marketing procurement or in Marketing with a commercial focus\nDeep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management\nExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and drive to working independently\nProven track record of taking ownership: identifying problems early and driving resolution independently, without waiting to be directed\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports for senior audience\nExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners at different levels\nAble to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment\nFluent Business English\nWhat we offer\nElevate your lifestyle!
