The role drives change through people and processes to advance the business\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nRole model HelloFresh DNA and FRESH values, inspiring others and driving a culture ofcontinuous improvement.\n\nLead and support Yellow Belt/CI projects to improve key operational KPIs and delivermeasurable results.\n\nTrain and coach employees on process improvement methodologies, tools andtechniques.\n\nLead change initiatives, ensuring new processes, technologies and systems aresuccessfully adopted and embedded.\n\nManage Operational Excellence projects from planning through to execution, monitoringand reporting.\n\nIdentify and mitigate operational risks, implementing preventative measures to minimisedisruption and maintain smooth operations.\n\nEmbed and standardise best practice, documenting improvements, maintaining standardwork and sharing learnings across the network\n\nWho You Are:\nContinuous Improvement mindset - passionate about improving processes, standards and operational performance, with an understanding of Lean/problem-solving methodologies.\n Strong problem solver - able to identify opportunities, investigate root causes and support Yellow Belt projects to deliver measurable improvements.\nData driven & numerically confident - good numerical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, able to monitor KPIs and use data to drive decisions.\nProject management experience - evidence of contributing to projects and the ability to plan, manage and support improvement initiatives through to delivery \nManufacturing knowledge - ideally with experience within a manufacturing or operational environment.\nStrong communication & collaboration - confident working cross-functionally, building stakeholder relationships and coaching/supporting teams on Lean, problem-solving and performance improvement.\nWhat you will get in return:\n70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes\nCompany pension scheme\nGym membership\nBupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options)\nMental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme\nDog friendly office!
