As a Production Planner (all genders), you turn all of this into a plan that works - today, tomorrow, and throughout the week ahead.\nYou manage our daily and weekly production planning, keeping capacity, resources, and production targets in view and responding quickly when things change. You work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to find pragmatic solutions before small deviations turn into bigger problems.\nIf you enjoy working with data, quickly getting to the heart of complex situations, and improving things rather than simply letting them run as they are, you’ll feel right at home here.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou turn requirements into a plan that works.\nYou create and manage daily and weekly production plans, ensuring that capacity, resources, and schedules are optimally aligned with our production targets.\nYou keep an eye on what’s happening on the ground.\nYou monitor production progress and identify deviations from the plan early. Rather than waiting for issues to escalate, you recommend adjustments and help get production back on track.\nYou bring teams together.\nYou work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams on site, communicate planning changes, and help resolve scheduling and capacity conflicts quickly and pragmatically.\nYou turn data into decisions.\nYou analyze planning data and relevant KPIs, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and use your insights to continuously make our planning more accurate and efficient.\nYou keep our data reliable.\nYou ensure that planning data and records are accurate and up to date, supporting the quality and integrity of our planning systems.\nYou’re always looking for ways to do things better.\nContinuous improvement is more than just a buzzword to you. You actively contribute to improvement initiatives and work with others to develop solutions to operational and planning challenges.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nYou’re analytical.\nYou enjoy working with numbers, spotting connections, and using data to make sound decisions and solve problems.\nYou’re proactive.\nYou don’t wait for problems to come to you. You identify them early, address them, and find solutions.\nYou know production planning.\nYou bring 2-4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus.\nYou stay flexible.\nOur environment moves fast, and priorities can change at short notice. You stay focused, keep the overview, and know how to prioritize what matters most.\nYou enjoy working with others.\nYou communicate clearly, keep relevant stakeholders informed, and enjoy working across teams and functions.\nYou’re comfortable with tools.\nExperience with ERP systems, spreadsheets, or planning tools is a plus.\nYou speak English.\nGood English skills are required.
