You’ll be responsible for keeping our sites safe, compliant and operational 24/7, while driving improvements across asset performance, maintenance, automation and facilities infrastructure. Working closely with Operations, Finance and EU Engineering teams, you’ll also lead major engineering projects, CapEx initiatives and long-term plans to support HelloFresh’s continued growth.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nLead multi-site facilities and maintenance operations across the UK and Ireland, covering asset maintenance, cleaning, security and site infrastructure\nOwn the performance and availability of critical equipment, ensuring high levels of uptime, compliance and operational reliability across a 24/7 business\nManage facilities and maintenance suppliers and contractors, including contract performance, tenders, commercial negotiations and invoice approval\nLead facilities and engineering projects from end to end, including equipment upgrades, system modifications, new technology rollouts and CapEx initiatives\nWork closely with Operations, Finance and EU Engineering teams to plan future equipment replacements, upgrades and system improvements, using data and ROI analysis to support investment decisions\nDevelop and track key maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, efficiency, maintenance costs and continuous improvement activity\nOversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring safe integration into existing systems and compliance with relevant standards and regulations\nLead, develop and support the engineering team, including maintenance planning, training and capability development, while role-modelling the HelloFresh DNA and a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement\nWho You Are:\nAn experienced engineering or facilities leader, with a background managing teams of engineers/technicians and large-scale automation or maintenance projects\nQualified to NVQ/HNC Engineering level or equivalent, with Management Level 3 qualification; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field would be desirable\nExperienced in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering engineering, automation, equipment or CapEx projects; experience with Dematic automation systems is highly desirable\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make decisions, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement\nConfident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong communication, organisation and time-management skills\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, performance and operational delivery\nWhat you will get in return:\n70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes\nCompany pension scheme\nGym membership\nBupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options)\nMental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme\nEye care scheme\nCycle to work scheme\nGroup Life Assurance\nNext steps: Your application will be reviewed and if successful, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch within 2 weeks.\nYou are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
