This role demands an execution-focused leader to drive growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, supporting team priorities while maximizing ROI and operational efficiency.\nThe individual contributes to:\nImproving how efficiently we acquire and convert customers at scale\nMaking better and more consistent use of first-party data across marketing and Ad Progression\nManaging and supporting team members with clear ownership and high standards\nMaking growth work more consistent and effective across assigned marketing channels\nSupporting alignment across marketing, product & tech teams on shared objectives\nWhat you’ll do\nManage and support team members across audience strategy and ad progression initiatives, fostering strong ownership and clear priorities\nExecute and drive Growth Optimization initiatives aligned with overall strategy and clear quarterly objectives\nContribute to the roadmap and priorities of partner teams by providing input on audience strategy, experimentation and ad progression performance\nWork collaboratively with Product, Marketing, AdTech and Analytics teams to ensure aligned strategies and strong business impact\nDrive data-based decision making by reviewing performance results and using insights to optimize priorities within assigned areas\nOversee execution of audience strategy, experimentation and ad progression initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of acquisition and conversion performance\nEstablish and maintain strong KPI tracking, reporting and performance standards for assigned Growth Optimization initiatives\nTurn learnings from tests and performance analysis into clear actions and measurable improvements\nEnsure solutions are designed to scale across markets and deliver sustainable results\nStay current on industry tools and best practices relevant to assigned channel and function\nSupport team members in developing their skills and understanding of Growth Optimization fundamentals\nWhat you’ll bring\nA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, CRO / Ad Progression, audience, or related roles, preferably in a data-driven or performance-focused environment\nExperience managing or mentoring individual team members on specific projects or functions\nStrong understanding of performance marketing, acquisition funnels, conversion optimization and how to use data to improve them\nVery good ability to work with data, Customer Data Platforms, performance metrics and experiments to drive decisions and set priorities\nExperience collaborating effectively with Product, Tech and Analytics teams on shared initiatives\nStrong communication and collaboration skills across functions\nBachelor degree in Marketing, Business or a related field\nWhat we offer\nElevate your lifestyle!
