As Training Supervisor, you will be the first face new starters see, the person who makes sure everyone is safe, skilled, and confident during their HelloFresh journey.\nThe Training Supervisor role is fast-paced, visible, and varied. No two weeks look the same when you're supporting a high-growth food production site. \nYou'll lead and performance manage our Training Ambassadors, acting as their coach and point of escalation. Reporting into the Learning Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping how training is delivered across the site.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nHost the training team shift handover brief at the start and end of each shift.\nOwn the new starter experience end-to-end: delivering classroom inductions, site tours, and hands-on safety training so every joiner feels welcomed and work-ready from day one.\nDeliver ongoing Health & Safety and Food Safety refresher training in line with business policy and current legislation.\nOversee the physical sign off process for safe systems of work and standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate training records in the training matrix.\nRun classroom and on-the-job sessions for a range of skills across Production and Warehouse.\nUse training data and compliance reporting to plan shift cover, identify gaps, and provide KPI updates to Training Management.\nLead, coach, and performance manage the Training Ambassador team, including regular 1:1s, development conversations, and holding high standards.\nA single point of reference for the operational management team for essential business needs.Champion Health & Safety in everything you do: lead by example, challenge unsafe behaviours, and motivate others to do the same.\n\nEnsure tech is fully accounted for and in excellent condition.\nSupport training improvement projects and contribute to the continuous development of how we train at HelloFresh.\nWho You Are:\nYou have at least 1 year of experience in a training role, ideally within an operational, warehouse, or food production environment.\nYou're a natural communicator, delivering a safety induction to 40+ new starters or having a one-to-one performance conversation with a Training Ambassador.\nYou take Health & Safety seriously. You don't walk past it. You call it out, correct it, and help others understand why it matters.\nYou're organised and data-driven. You can read a training matrix, spot a compliance gap, and take action without being asked.\nYou have experience managing or supervising others, and you know how to get the best out of a team.\nYou're adaptable and embrace change.
