By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh’s products, today and in the future.\nAbout the role: What's in the Box\nThis position will report to the Technical Lead and work on developing solutions and integrations for our strategic warehouse management system (The Körber Warehouse Advantage/ HighJump Platform) via Webwise Page Editor, Advantage Architect and SQL. This position is preferred to be seated and eligible for hybrid work office policy in one of the following fulfillment/ office locations: Warsaw, Poland| New York, NY|Toronto, Canada| Boulder, CO| Aurora, IL| Newark, NJ | Irving, TX |Goodyear, AZ| Phoenix, AZ. \nAt HelloTech, flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are core to how we work. While this role is aligned to a specific Alliance, strong candidates may also be considered for opportunities across different teams or projects.\nWhat you’ll do: The Recipe\nWrite and update SQL procedures, views, and host tables that support warehouse workflows such as receiving, replenishment, WIP management, and shipping.\nDevelop solutions to specifications on time,within budget and with a high degree of quality and precision to specification.\nSupport integrations between the WMS and upstream and downstream systems, including production technology, ERP, and Kafka-based messaging.\nDocument technical changes and procedures so warehouse teams can use new functionality without extra help.\nWork closely with team colleagues in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily scrums, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies\nPrepare and clearly communicate best in class methods by which HelloFresh Operations can effectively utilize the enhancements developed.\nDocument and deliver all required materials to support software change control\nPartner with the HelloFresh WMS support analyst team to triage/ troubleshoot/ resolve complex technical issues or system defects efficiently in order to minimize impact on operations users and/or project timelines\nWhat you’ll bring: The Ingredients\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n1-3 years of software development, systems support, or technical analyst experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing, preferably WMS\nWorking knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, stored procedures, and basic data modeling.\nFamiliarity with GitHub pull requests and interpret YAML-based GitHub Actions workflows to diagnose and fix failed deployment checks.\nUnderstanding of AWS core services will be preferred.\nFamiliarity with warehouse management concepts such as inventory locations, LPNs, replenishment, and cycle counts.\nExperience with a scripting or programming language such as Python, Java, or C#.\nComfort with ticketing and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Slack.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical operations teams.\nPreferred: prior experience with Infios, HighJump, Körber, or another enterprise WMS, and exposure to message queues or event streaming such as Kafka.0-2 years of Koerber/ HighJump design and development experience with Advantage Architect, Advantage Link, Webwise Page Editor\nExperience with Bartender and Label Design a plus\nIndustry experience in food/ cold chain a plus\nAs part of a global organization, the individual work hours flexibility and reliability to occasionally work with peers and leadership across multiple time zones\nWillingness and ability to travel to different HelloFresh facilities as needed in support of projects or platform rollouts or to collaborate with peers. \nAbove all, we are looking for individuals who will make HelloFresh better.
