Va más allá de lo funcional: experimenta con animaciones, interacciones y microdetalles que transforman un diseño en algo memorable.\n\nColabora estrechamente con un Tech Lead en la definición de pautas para la ejecución de proyectos, así como con Diseñadores, Motion Designers, Project Managers y otros Developers, para garantizar la viabilidad técnica de los diseños UI/UX.\nLa dedicación es idealmente full-time, de lunes a viernes.\n\nRESPONSABILIDADES\r\n\nTraducir conceptos y diseños creativos en experiencias interactivas fluidas, atractivas y performantes.\n\nImplementar animaciones y microinteracciones usando librerías y técnicas modernas (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie, Three.js, WebGL, etc.).\n\nColaborar con diseñadores y motion designers para definir la mejor implementación técnica de ideas creativas.\n\nMantener un alto estándar de calidad visual y técnica en todo el desarrollo.\n\nOptimizar la experiencia para diferentes dispositivos, resoluciones y navegadores.\n\nExplorar, prototipar y presentar nuevas ideas y tecnologías que puedan aportar valor a los proyectos.\n\nTrabajar en equipo y comunicar avances, desafíos y soluciones de forma clara.\n\nPERFIL DE LA PERSONA QUE BUSCAMOS\r\n\n+4 años de experiencia en desarrollo frontend creativo. Experiencia implementando interfaces ricas en animacionees e interacciones.
