We are not satisfied and we are always looking to learn something new and thinking about what we are going to do next\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\nA Sr. Creative Front-End Engineer at ++hellohello leads the implementation of visually ambitious digital experiences with exceptional attention to detail, motion quality, and frontend craftsmanship.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead development of high-end interactive web experiences.\n\nDrive technical and visual quality across animations, transitions, and interactions.\n\nPartner deeply with design, brand, and product teams.\n\nMentor engineers on frontend craft and implementation quality.\n\nPush experimentation with emerging web technologies and creative tooling.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n5+ years of frontend engineering experience.\n\nBased in Uruguay or Argentina\n\nExpert-level frontend skills with strong visual and interaction sensibility.\n\nDeep experience building polished and animation-heavy web experiences.\n\nStrong attention to detail across motion, timing, layout, typography, and micro-interactions.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in at least one animation framework or creative technology stack (GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, WebGL, Lottie, etc.).\n\nStrong portfolio showcasing sophisticated frontend experiences.\n\nAI EXPECTATIONS\nStrong fluency with AI-assisted engineering and creative workflows.\n\nAbility to leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping, iteration, and production acceleration.\n\nStrong judgment and taste when refining AI-generated outputs.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tooling and generative workflows.\n\nExperience exploring AI-native interactive experiences is a plus.\n\nOUR TEAM PRIORITIES\nTalent, execution, commitment, and quality.\n\nPeople first\n\nMaking things happen -
