The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, connector configuration, integration design, troubleshooting, and support of both existing and new integrations. This role will support multiple business-critical integrations, monitor and troubleshoot production issues, and leverage Boomi’s low-code development interface to deliver scalable and maintainable integration solutions.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.\nMaintain and enhance existing integrations while delivering new solutions aligned with evolving business requirements.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Boomi connectors across enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.\nSupport business-critical integrations across time management, Salesforce, user access synchronization, digital documentation, and other operational integration flows.\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration failures, connector configuration issues, data flows, mappings, access, and connectivity problems.\nAnalyze Boomi logs, audit reports, error reports, and email alerts to identify and resolve integration issues.\nSupport Boomi deployments across development, test, QA, and production environments.\nAdminister and maintain DEV, QA, and PROD environments.\nContribute to integration documentation, knowledge transfer, support procedures, and continuous improvement activities.\nCommunicate integration issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Boomi Platform experience.\nDemonstrate proven experience developing, maintaining, deploying, and supporting Boomi integrations.\nDemonstrate strong experience supporting existing integrations, troubleshooting failures, and resolving production issues.\nDemonstrate experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Boomi connectors across multiple systems and applications.\nDemonstrate practical experience using Boomi’s low-code interface to build and support integration processes.\nDemonstrate strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, orchestration, scheduling, and error handling.\nDemonstrate experience with integration monitoring, log analysis, alerts, audit reports, and error reports.\nDemonstrate experience or familiarity with integrations hosted on Azure VMs or similar cloud-based infrastructure.\nDemonstrate experience supporting integrations within an ITIL-aligned operational environment.\nDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain integration issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
