The role will include a cusp role of business development, pitch work and administrative hands on media/producer duties. The ideal candidate brings relevant business development experience and has a media production background.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport business development activities across the project-based pipeline.\nConceptualize responses based on senior stakeholder and client intake.\nBuild and write compelling pitch decks and supporting materials.\nDevelop budgets and work through campaign details.\nManage communication and supporting administrative activity within media/production.\nSupport lead generation and business development outreach tactics.\nContribute to generating new opportunities and new work into the pipeline.\nSupport forecasting and pipeline activity in an environment with continual churn.\nDevelop strong working relationships with client stakeholders and the wider client base.\nApply a strong business development mindset when identifying opportunities and supporting pitches.\nSupport the development of measurable business development KPIs as the team builds greater autonomy over its pipeline.\nLearn and apply the team's proposition, pitching approach, deck structure, and writing style.\nContribute to broader project and administrative support as required.\n Bring mid-level Business Development experience with a passion for growing business opportunities.\nDemonstrate passion, enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong appetite to learn and develop.\nShow strong client presence and confidence engaging with stakeholders.\nDemonstrate the ability to sell, generate leads, and develop opportunities, with potential to progress toward ownership of a traditional business development pipeline.\nShow willingness to take on both strategic business development work and administrative or supporting tasks.\nDemonstrate strong organization and the ability to manage multiple pieces of work and supporting details.\nBring drive and initiative to grow into greater ownership and responsibility over time.\nAgency, television, content or production background preferred.\nNew-business and pitch work experience.\nStrong pitch deck writing and storytelling skills, with an understanding of end-to-end creative and video production.\nProactive, personable, creative and commercially minded.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
