This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into clear business requirements and successful project outcomes.\nThe successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business change, process improvement, and technology transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering business analysis activities within complex environments. Experience within the financial services sector is highly desirable, particularly in supporting regulatory, operational, risk, data, or technology change programmes.\nResponsibilities\nElicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define solutions that meet business needs.\nProduce high-quality documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Maps, Gap Analyses, and Data Requirements.\nFacilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, define scope, and achieve agreement on project deliverables.\nAnalyse current business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement, automation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.\nSupport the development of target operating models, business process redesign, and transformation initiatives.\nWork closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, test execution, defect management, and business sign-off.\nConduct impact assessments, risk analysis, and change management activities where required.\nSupport programme governance by providing updates, status reports, requirements traceability, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure solutions align with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practice standards.\n Bring proven experience working as a Business Analyst within large-scale change, transformation, or technology programmes.\nDemonstrate strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.\nPossess experience gathering and documenting complex business and functional requirements.\nApply excellent stakeholder management skills to engage effectively at all organisational levels.\nDemonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.\nBring experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nPossess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.\nDemonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.\nBring experience facilitating workshops and leading requirement-gathering sessions.\nDemonstrate experience within banking, financial services, capital markets, insurance, or other regulated environments, preferably.\nPossess knowledge of regulatory change initiatives and relevant industry standards.\nBring familiarity with data analysis, process modelling, and business process improvement techniques.\nDemonstrate experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nHold professional certifications such as BCS Business Analysis, CBAP, Agile BA, or equivalent, preferably.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
