The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery roadmaps, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nThis role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery expertise. The Delivery Lead will act as the key point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, third-party suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of objectives and successful execution of strategic initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nLead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.\nDevelop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across complex programmes.\nManage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.\nFacilitate collaboration between business, technology, architecture, infrastructure, security, and operational teams.\nDrive effective governance and reporting processes, providing clear and accurate updates to senior stakeholders.\nEnsure delivery teams adhere to agreed methodologies, standards, and best practices.\nMonitor project performance through key metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nManage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilisation of project teams.\nSupport financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control.\nCoordinate with external vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of contracted services.\nLead project and programme steering meetings, workshops, and executive governance forums.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.\nEnsure compliance with organisational policies, governance frameworks, risk requirements, and regulatory obligations.\n Bring proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Programme Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.\nDemonstrate strong understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.\nPossess demonstrable experience managing large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.\nApply excellent stakeholder management skills to engage and influence senior executives.\nDemonstrate experience managing complex delivery dependencies across multiple teams and functions.\nBring strong governance, risk management, and reporting experience.\nOversee project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and resource management.\nDemonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\nManage competing priorities effectively within a dynamic and fast-changing environment.\nApply strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.\nBring financial services or banking sector experience, which is highly desirable.\nDemonstrate experience delivering regulatory, risk, cybersecurity, data, or digital transformation programmes.\nApply knowledge of technology platforms, cloud services, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.\nDemonstrate familiarity with IT service management and operational frameworks.\nBring experience working within highly regulated environments.\nHold relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
