HelloKindred is a talent company founded in 2009 that places marketing, creative and digital specialists with employers on a flexible basis, working across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and South Africa. It concentrates deliberately on marketing and creative roles rather than general technology recruitment, supplying designers, content specialists, campaign managers, digital producers and marketing technologists on contract, project or fractional terms. Headquartered in London, it advertises client vacancies under its own name and pitches flexible senior talent as an alternative to permanent hires in a function where workload arrives in bursts.

  • Bring demonstrable experience managing large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
  • Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Show experience managing complex delivery dependencies across multiple teams and functions.
  • Apply strong governance, risk management, and reporting expertise.
