The role will focus on updating the practice's internal SharePoint environment, creating new pages to support employee learning journeys, and building a dedicated site to support the sales team.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong SharePoint design and development capabilities with advanced PowerPoint, visual storytelling, writing, editing, and HTML skills. This self-directed practitioner will assess existing digital content and collateral, identify gaps, establish consistent design standards, and independently deliver polished, executive-ready assets that improve knowledge sharing, employee communications, onboarding, and go-to-market effectiveness.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build modern SharePoint experiences for employee and sales audiences.\nUpdate and enhance the internal practice SharePoint site to support employee learning journeys.\nCreate and maintain SharePoint pages and digital resources that support the sales team.\nDevelop polished employee email communications and reusable communication templates.\nRefresh foundational go-to-market presentations, including practice overview, onboarding, executive, and capability decks.\nApply advanced PowerPoint skills and visual storytelling techniques to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.\nEstablish consistent visual and digital design standards across SharePoint sites, communications, and presentation materials.\nUse HTML to support digital content development and formatting requirements.\nAssess existing sites, presentations, and communications to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.\nRecommend practical approaches to improve content structure, navigation, usability, and visual consistency.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather requirements and validate deliverables.\nIndependently develop and deliver polished, executive-ready collateral and digital assets.\nEnsure content is clear, well-structured, visually consistent, and appropriate for its intended audience.\n Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining modern SharePoint sites and digital experiences.\nAdvanced PowerPoint skills, including presentation design, visual storytelling, and executive-level communications.\nStrong writing, editing, and content development abilities for employee and sales audiences.\nProficiency in HTML for digital content creation and formatting.\nExperience developing employee communications, reusable email templates, onboarding materials, and internal knowledge resources.\nDemonstrated ability to refresh and standardize foundational business presentations and capability decks.\nA strong understanding of visual design principles, information organization, and user-friendly digital experiences.\nAbility to assess existing content, identify gaps, and recommend effective design and communication solutions.\nExperience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into polished digital and presentation assets.\nA self-directed approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently within tight timelines.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
