This upper-end Marketing Specialist role suits someone comfortable working across website management, marketing automation, digital campaigns, SEO, AEO, GEO, and creative content, while taking ownership of day-to-day optimisation and maintenance. The successful candidate will help improve the user journey across the website, maintain a consistent visual identity, support digital campaigns, and ensure marketing platforms and content perform effectively.\nWhat you will do:\nWebsite & CMS Management\nDevelop and launch new website pages and sections as required.\nRedevelop and optimise existing pages to improve the overall user journey and conversion.\nManage ongoing website maintenance and updates within the CMS.\nEnsure website content remains accurate, current, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.\nIdentify opportunities to improve website usability, engagement, and conversion.\nSupport ongoing optimisation of website structure, content, and functionality.\nMaintain consistency across the website in terms of design, messaging, and user experience.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on website development and improvements where required.\nSEO, AEO & GEO\nSupport ongoing optimisation of website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO.\nDevelop and optimise content to improve organic visibility and discoverability.\nIdentify opportunities for keyword, content, and technical optimisation.\nSupport technical SEO hygiene and ongoing website health.\nMonitor relevant performance metrics and recommend improvements.\nEnsure website content is structured and optimised for evolving search and AI-driven discovery.\nMarketing Automation & HubSpot\nManage and maintain marketing activity within HubSpot.\nBuild, schedule, publish, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.\nSupport campaign automation, workflows, and audience segmentation.\nMonitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.\nMaintain and optimise marketing databases and campaign activity where required.\nSupport ongoing improvements to marketing automation processes.\nDigital Campaigns & Social Media\nDevelop, build, and publish digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.\nManage the scheduling and publishing of LinkedIn content.\nDevelop engaging content aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.\nMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.\nSupport campaign reporting and provide insights to improve future activity.\nCreative & Content Support\nDevelop and adapt content for digital marketing channels.\nProvide basic artwork and design support where required.\nEdit and produce short-form video content for digital and social channels.\nCreate and adapt LinkedIn content and supporting visual assets.\nMaintain a consistent and professional brand look and feel across all content.\nWork within Adobe Creative Cloud to create and edit marketing assets.\n Bring proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.\nDemonstrate strong hands-on experience across digital marketing and website optimisation.\nPossess essential hands-on experience with HubSpot.\nDemonstrate strong working knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS platform.\nHave experience managing, updating, and developing website content within a CMS.\nUnderstand SEO and modern search optimisation, including AEO and GEO.\nBring experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.\nDemonstrate experience developing, scheduling, and publishing LinkedIn content.\nHave experience with marketing automation and campaign reporting.\nPossess working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including the ability to undertake basic design and artwork.\nBring experience with video editing and digital content creation.\nUnderstand website user journeys and conversion optimisation.\nDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nMaintain strong attention to detail, particularly around website content, branding, and consistency.\nWork independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
