Partner with business-aligned leadership recruiters and senior executives to identify talent for critical leadership roles across European markets, driving strategic hiring projects for immediate and future business needs within a well-established team.\nResponsibilities\nPosition executive search as a trusted partner by developing close, trusted relationships with senior business leaders and executive recruiters.\nConduct confidential research and talent identification assignments to identify best-in-class leadership talent.\nProduce value-adding market and competitor intelligence reports to influence targeted talent strategies.\nProactively build talent pools of senior executives by engaging candidates through multiple channels and articulating the organisation’s value proposition.\nAssess candidate suitability against current and future hiring requirements based on experience and skills aligned with the leadership profile.\nDiscover and leverage effective, sustainable talent channels to meet immediate and future leadership hiring needs.\nDeliver a world-class candidate experience and act as an ambassador and custodian of the talent brand.\nManage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring deadlines are achieved.\nSupport the creation of presentations showcasing research findings and contribute to senior stakeholder meetings.\n 5+ years of leadership recruitment experience.\nPrior experience in external executive search or agency recruitment preferred.\nStrong relationship-building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion within a large, complex global business.\nDemonstrated ability to establish trust and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and recruitment managers.\nPrevious experience working with globally distributed teams preferred.\nStrong understanding of European professional services, technology, or digital markets.\nPassion for recruitment and its ability to transform organisations.\nStrong research skills and creative thinking to uncover the strongest candidate profiles.\nFlexibility and an analytical, problem-solving approach.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills at the C-suite level.\nExcellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills.\nAn inquisitive mindset and a strong desire to learn.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
