The role will support the team as it expands its work with other parts of the business and external clients, where briefs increasingly require more upfront strategy before creative execution. This is a fractional, project-based opportunity suited to a mid-to-senior strategist who can work flexibly across part-time or full-time project requirements.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop strategic thinking and planning for creative briefs and projects.\nProvide upfront insight and strategic development before creative execution.\nSupport pre-sell and pitch processes with strategic thinking and client insight.\nTranslate client and business requirements into clear strategic direction.\nDevelop strategic approaches for external client work and more complex briefs.\nPartner with creative teams to connect strategy with creative execution.\nSupport projects requiring additional strategic capability beyond the existing team.\nAdapt strategic support according to the size, complexity, and requirements of each brief.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand business needs and context.\nProvide strategic guidance across project-based engagements as required.\nContribute to building a stronger strategy capability as the external side of the business grows.\nBring mid-to-senior experience in Creative Strategy, with the ability to operate at different levels depending on the project.\nStrong brand/creative strategy with B2B, corporate, technology, industrial or other complex-category experience.\nStrategic minded that can adapt quickly, develop insights and strategic narratives.\nCan define propositions and turn complex briefs into clear creative direction.\nAgency or collaborative creative-team experience preferred. \nDemonstrate strong strategic thinking, planning, and development skills across creative briefs.\nPossess experience contributing strategy to pre-sell or pitch processes, particularly for external clients.\nShow the ability to provide insight and strategic thinking before creative execution begins.\nDemonstrate flexibility to support intensive project-based engagements, including approximately three-month projects.\nBring strong collaboration and communication skills when working with creative teams, stakeholders, and clients.\nAdapt strategic depth and approach to major, complex, or smaller briefs.\nShow the ability to work either part-time or full-time hours depending on project requirements.\nBring a commercially minded approach to developing strategic capability as recurring external work grows.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
