This role suits a confident maker who owns their projects from brief through to final delivery, working independently across both motion design and video production to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand and messaging.\nThis position will operate within our Client's open and collaborative creative culture. This means all creative is shared early and often with the multi-disciplinary creative community. This will help ensure alignment and consistent evolution of our brand and holistic customer experiences.\nWhat you will do:\nCreate and produce high-quality animations, motion graphics, and video content for various platforms, including web, social media, presentations, and events.\nOwn assigned motion and video projects independently, taking them from brief to final delivery and making day-to-day creative decisions within brand guidelines.\nTake projects from concept through to completion, including storyboarding, design, editing, and post-production.\nDevelop storyboards and design concepts that align with project briefs and brand guidelines.\nIncorporate graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other visual elements to elevate the overall production quality.\nCollaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life through animation and video.\nGenerate innovative ideas and concepts for motion and video projects that capture the audience’s attention and effectively convey the intended message.\nWork with the branding team to develop and maintain motion design templates and assets.\nEnsure all motion and video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges.\nUtilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create and edit motion content.\nMaintain an organized library of motion graphics assets and project files.\nStay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and video production.\n Minimum of four years of experience in motion design and video production, or a similar role.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other motion design software.\nStrong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and video projects.\nExperience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.\nExperience using AI for content and generative creation.\nExcellent understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and visual composition.\nStrong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.\nExperience working within and contributing to a Brand Design System.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with sound design and audio editing.\nPossess an in-depth working knowledge of designing to meet accessibility standards, ensuring all creative experiences and data visualizations are inclusive and compliant.\nEditor with motion experience or motion designer with editor experience is a plus (but not a dealbreaker) as is a motion designer with some 3d (ideally cinema4D) experience.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
