The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, collaboration, and a focus on delivering impactful results.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and execute joint marketing programmes and tactics with strategic ecosystem partners.\nBuild trusted relationships with partner marketing teams and leaders across priority partnerships.\nCreate and manage integrated marketing plans that support business priorities, growth targets, and market positioning.\nLead the delivery of co-marketing activities, including thought leadership, campaigns, executive events, sponsorships, client experiences, content, and digital programmes.\nWork closely with Industry and Service Marketing teams, Partner Marketing teams, and relevant partner organisations to identify opportunities for market differentiation and joint value creation.\nDrive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment on objectives, messaging, investment, and outcomes.\nManage partner marketing budgets and marketing development funds where applicable.\nReport to the UK Head of Marketing on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment with the UK Marketing strategy.\nActivate partner events in the UK.\nTrack and report on performance against key metrics, including engagement, influence, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.\nIdentify innovative ways to amplify the organisation's ecosystem story and strengthen the impact of strategic partnerships in the market.\nEnsure all activities align with brand standards, marketing governance, and business priorities.\n Bring significant experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing.\nDemonstrate experience developing and delivering integrated marketing programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.\nPossess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across senior internal and external audiences.\nDemonstrate the ability to manage complex programmes across multiple teams and priorities.\nBring strong commercial understanding and experience aligning marketing activity to growth objectives.\nDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPossess strong project management and organisational capabilities.\nApply data and insights to optimise marketing performance and demonstrate impact.\nDemonstrate a proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.\nBring knowledge of the technology, consulting, or professional services sector.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
