Responsibilities Salesforce Administration and CRM Management Maintain and update contact records, campaign information, and event-related data within Salesforce. Create and update contacts, manage attendance statuses, and ensure records are accurate and complete. Maintain event campaign records and ensure attendee information is correctly captured. Update post-event attendance records to trigger automated follow-up communications. Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records.
