The role will work closely with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while following Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.\nDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and automation solutions.\nConfigure and utilize Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.\nSupport Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM Analytics environments.\nDevelop solutions using Apex and CRM Analytics.\nApply AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries for data management and personalization.\nDevelop and maintain API integrations.\nManage data extensions and audience segmentation.\nImplement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance.\nCollaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nApply Marketing Cloud best practices and data governance standards.\nSupport Salesforce environments and liaise with technology vendors as required.\nUtilize Salesforce Command Line Interface for development and support activities.\nParticipate in a rotational on-call support schedule.\n Have 4-6 years of IT experience, including 2-3 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.\nDemonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.\nExperience with Salesforce Command Line Interface, Apex, and CRM Analytics.\nProficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL queries, and API integrations for data management and personalization.\nExperience managing data extensions, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analytics.\nAbility to collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nKnowledge of Marketing Cloud best practices and data governance standards.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM Analytics support environments.\nWillingness to work 100% office-based in Manchester or Inverness.\nAvailability to participate in a rotational on-call support schedule within a 12-hour service window.\nEligibility for BPSS clearance and completion of additional vetting requirements.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
