The consultant will support a large-scale enterprise environment and work closely with the client team to address a significant backlog of complex integration and business process requirements.\nThe ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, hands-on experience with system integrations, and a strong understanding of enterprise HR ecosystems. The consultant will collaborate directly with client stakeholders, analyze business requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure seamless operation of critical recruitment and talent management processes.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules.\nAnalyze and resolve complex functional and integration-related issues.\nManage and prioritize multiple backlog items in collaboration with client stakeholders.\nConfigure and maintain recruitment workflows, business rules, permissions, and role-based security.\nSupport system administration activities and user access provisioning.\nLead and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Oracle Taleo and other third-party Talent Acquisition platforms.\nDesign, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs and web services, middleware and integration platforms, and file-based and real-time integrations.\nEnsure data consistency across recruitment and HR systems.\nConduct root cause analysis for integration failures and performance issues.\nWork directly with client business and HR teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.\nManage high-volume and complex business requests.\nSupport enterprise-wide recruiting processes involving a large number of business roles and organizational structures.\nParticipate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations for process improvements.\nPerform advanced provisioning and system administration activities within SAP SuccessFactors.\nManage role-based permissions, security configurations, and organizational setup.\nSupport environment management, release validation, and deployment activities.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise governance and security requirements.\n Bring 6+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience.\nDemonstrate strong expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.\nPossess proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with Oracle Taleo and other ATS platforms.\nApply hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center.\nDemonstrate strong knowledge of SuccessFactors provisioning activities.\nHave experience working on complex, enterprise-scale implementation or support engagements.\nApply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.\nCommunicate effectively and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrate functional expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, candidate lifecycle management, recruitment workflows, job requisition management, offer management, role-based permissions and security, and business process optimization.\nPossess technical expertise in SuccessFactors Integration Center, OData APIs, web services, data migration and data mapping, interface monitoring and troubleshooting, and enterprise HR system integrations.\nHold SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management Certification, preferred.\nHold SuccessFactors Integration Certification, preferred.\nBring experience working within large global enterprises with multiple business units and complex organizational structures, preferred.\nPossess prior experience supporting transition activities from incumbent vendors or partners, preferred.\nDemonstrate experience working within managed services or application support environments, preferred.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCandidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
