The successful candidate will focus on improving how the organisation's content, brands and products are discovered, represented and cited across AI-powered search and generative platforms, while providing hands-on SEO support where required.\nThis role requires a highly experienced, hands-on GEO practitioner who can translate strategy and performance insights into practical improvements across content, technical accessibility, topical authority and measurement. Working closely with marketing, content, technology and agency teams, the successful candidate will take ownership of priority GEO initiatives from recommendation through implementation and validation.\nWhat you will do:\nLead the day-to-day delivery of priority GEO initiatives, translating strategies, audits and performance insights into actionable recommendations, implementation plans and measurable outcomes.\nOptimise priority product, solution, dataset, glossary and thought leadership content for AI discovery, improving content clarity, entity descriptions, evidence, structure and internal linking while protecting SEO performance.\nConduct page audits, identify content gaps, duplication and cannibalisation risks, and recommend improvements to strengthen topical authority and AI visibility.\nPartner with SEO and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical GEO issues related to crawlability, JavaScript rendering, semantic HTML, structured data, internal linking and page templates.\nAnalyse AI visibility and search performance across prompts, citations, brand mentions, share of voice and cited URLs to identify commercially relevant optimisation opportunities.\nBuild and refine GEO prompt libraries, page mapping, reporting and testing frameworks using Profound or comparable AI visibility monitoring platforms.\nStrengthen brand and entity accuracy in AI-generated responses, collaborating with PR and Communications teams to support credible third-party mentions and industry authority.\nDesign, configure and optimise AI agents and multi-step workflows for GEO content optimisation, audits and research, ensuring appropriate testing, human quality assurance and compliance with approved guidelines.\nCollaborate with business marketing, content, web publishing and agency teams to coordinate approvals, publishing, quality assurance and the validation of implemented improvements.\nProvide hands-on SEO support across technical audits, content optimisation, reporting and website migrations as required.\n Minimum 1 year of hands-on GEO experience, leading projects or workstreams with demonstrable improvements in AI visibility, brand mentions, citations or business outcomes.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO, content optimisation, website architecture, internal linking and authority building.\nStrong understanding of AI-powered discovery across Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, including how brands and content are selected, cited or omitted.\nProven experience implementing GEO recommendations and measuring their impact, rather than solely developing strategy or providing advisory support.\nHands-on experience designing, configuring or improving AI agents and multi-step agent workflows for content, auditing or analysis, including testing and quality control.\nStrong technical understanding of HTML, JavaScript rendering, schema markup, structured data, crawlability, indexation and CMS templates, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.\nExperience using GEO measurement tools such as Profound, Peec.ai, Ahrefs Brand Radar or similar platforms for prompt tracking, citation analysis and AI visibility reporting.\nProficiency with Google Search Console, SEMrush and web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or GA4, with the ability to translate SEO and GEO data into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional delivery.\nExperience working on large-scale B2B or enterprise websites is highly advantageous.\nPrevious experience in financial services and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) are considered assets.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
