This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in SharePoint upgrades, administration, development, platform performance, security, and reliability.\nResponsibilities\nAct as 3rd line escalation for complex SharePoint issues.\nLead SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgrades.\nManage and support SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365.\nSupport and evolve the SharePoint estate across on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms.\nPerform hands-on SharePoint administration and development.\nEnsure SharePoint platform performance, security, and reliability.\nDiagnose and resolve complex technical SharePoint issues.\nSupport the ongoing technical evolution and stability of the SharePoint environment.\nWork with Microsoft 365 technologies and related platforms where required.\nApply appropriate technical practices to maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing SharePoint estate.\n Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise as a SharePoint SME or 3rd Line Technical Specialist.\nBring substantial experience with SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).\nPossess strong knowledge of SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365.\nShow proven experience leading or supporting SharePoint upgrades, particularly from SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition.\nDemonstrate practical experience in SharePoint administration and development.\nBring experience providing 3rd line technical support and resolving complex SharePoint issues.\nUnderstand the requirements for maintaining SharePoint platform performance, security, and reliability.\nExperience with the wider Microsoft 365 stack, including OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online, is desirable.\nFamiliarity with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is advantageous.\nExposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities would be beneficial.\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification is preferred.\nAzure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification is preferred.\nPower Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification is preferred.\nAzure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification is preferred.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
