The role will work across cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.\nWhat you will do:\nLead and manage software development projects using Java, Python, Typescript, AWS, React JS, Angular, and other technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\nCreate high-level designs and solution architecture documents for business requirements.\nProduce several option papers and work with architecture communities and forums to get designs approved.\nApply architectural principles and patterns, a variety of solution types, detailed design patterns, best practices, and integration choices.\nDesign solutions that reduce technical debt through futuristic solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and vision.\nReuse existing applications, services, and data wherever possible.\nWork with cross-functional teams to deliver defined scope, objectives, and deliverables on technical grounds.\nFacilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and other departments.\nEnsure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.\nDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.\nProvide technical guidance and support to development teams.\nPrepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.\nUtilize ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA for project tracking and documentation.\n Possess strong technical experience in Architecture, Design, and Development.\nDemonstrate a strong technical background with expertise in .NET, Java, Python, Typescript, AWS, React JS, and Angular.\nHave proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles.\nExhibit exceptional leadership and team management skills.\nApply excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nCommunicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.\nHave Insurance Domain experience; commercial insurance or London Market experience will be an added advantage.\nPossess experience in Software Architecture and REST API Development.\nApply SDLC principles using Agile methodologies and Scrum.\nHave experience in issue resolution, risk management, project management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication.\nPossess exposure to the Insurance domain.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nCandidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
