We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers - connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands.\n Anticipated Contract Length: 3 months to start (with potential to extend)\nWork set up: Remote (Occasional in-office meetings as required)\nOur client, a global business and technology transformation company, is seeking a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager who can operate at the intersection of strategic marketing, partner marketing and hands-on campaign delivery.\nWe’re looking for an orchestrator and a doer, someone who can take a complex business or technology transformation proposition, shape the narrative and content around it, align stakeholders, and drive integrated B2B campaigns from strategy through activation and measurement.\nYou’ll work closely with internal marketing leaders, regional teams and strategic technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS and Google. Success requires a strong marketing mindset, the ability to turn complexity into clear and compelling campaigns, and the confidence to work across senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in delivery.\nWhat you will do:\nDrive the end-to-end development and activation of integrated B2B partner marketing campaigns, from initial strategy and planning through execution, measurement and optimization.\nShape campaign positioning, narratives, content and messaging in alignment with broader GTM and business priorities.\nAct as both strategist and hands-on marketer, orchestrating stakeholders and resources while actively driving the work forward.\nCollaborate across regional and global marketing teams, strategic technology partners and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.\nTranslate complex technology, AI and business transformation propositions into compelling marketing programs and content.\nManage partner investments and co-funded initiatives, including MDF processes where applicable.\nUse data and insights to continually assess campaign performance, demonstrate impact and identify opportunities for improvement.\nApply AI meaningfully within day-to-day marketing workflows to improve research, insights, campaign development, reporting, measurement and operational efficiency.\nExperiment with new AI-enabled approaches and help identify opportunities to scale successful ways of working across campaigns and partners.\n7+ years of B2B marketing experience within professional services, technology, cloud, business transformation or similarly complex environments.\nExperience in partner/alliance marketing combined with strong campaign strategy, integrated marketing, content or demand generation capabilities.\nDemonstrated ability to personally drive campaigns end-to-end, rather than solely coordinating activities or executing centrally developed programs.\nStrong strategic marketing capabilities, including positioning, messaging, content strategy and translating complex propositions into compelling campaigns.\nAbility to operate as both an orchestrator and a doer, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on.\nStrong practical understanding of AI and how it can systematically improve marketing workflows, decision-making, measurement and efficiency, beyond basic content generation.\nComfortable working virtually across regional and global teams and multiple time zones.\nConsultative, curious and impact-driven, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.\nHelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
