Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive recruitment delivery and best practices, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted thought partner to senior leaders and hiring managers. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, providing market insights, supporting strategic hiring decisions, and delivering effective talent acquisition solutions across multiple capabilities and skill sets within a complex, matrixed organisation.

What you will do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from requisition through to offer.
• Conduct regular market mapping and provide external market insights across multiple capabilities and skill sets.
• Collaborate with wider recruitment and HR functions to share insights and support process improvements.
• Track and report talent acquisition data to the business to support collaboration and continuous improvements.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, advise on recruitment processes, and support effective decision-making.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment journey.
• Build talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen, shortlist, and recommend suitable applicants.
• Assess candidate competencies and suitability for available roles.
• Maintain accurate use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems to support compliance and business reporting.
• Support employer branding activities and talent pooling for recurring roles.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Inclusive Futures initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Act as the point of contact for recruitment-related projects.
• Lead small-scale recruitment projects where necessary.
• Present recruitment data and insights to senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Navigate a complex, matrixed organisational environment with discretion and credibility.

• Demonstrate proven recruitment experience, ideally within a complex, matrixed organisation in the IT Consulting, Management Consulting, or professional services industry.
• Bring previous experience working in an in-house recruitment function or Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO) provider.
• Demonstrate successful use of direct sourcing tools and recruitment methods.
• Manage the complete candidate journey from application through to joining, including screening and shortlisting.
• Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrate expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Apply strategic hiring expertise and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bring a strong track record in specialist or volume recruitment.
• Use recruitment analytics and market insights to inform decision-making.
• Present recruitment data confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Display resilience, adaptability, and creative thinking.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, while navigating complex organisational structures with discretion.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider HR team.
• Prioritise and proactively manage multiple projects while working to tight deadlines.
